In our restaurant you can
taste all the produces of the traditional cookery of the Sibillini,
well known for its genuine and sweet flavours. Starters with
salumi (salted meats) and local cheeses, meals with truffle and
porcini mushrooms, pluck, hand-made tagliatelle, polenta, grilled
kid, lamb and pig, delicious mountain snails; all cooked following
old receipts which have been wisely handed on.
Or you can just simply taste an excellent pizza
cooked in the wood-burning oven.
Furthermore the three halls may host banquets and
ceremonies (up to 130 seats). |

THE HISTORY
That of “Guerin Meschino”, the legendary knight errant, is a light
and sad story of the young boy Guerino, of princely origins, that
was kidnapped by a privateering vessel and sold to a merchant of
Costantinople.
